Life worth not living

I hope this horses life is not so bleak. S/he looks fairly well cared for. Nice weight, feet are kept up, the mane does not show signs of matting. I like the photograph and that you chose bw. Though the horse is obviously a beast of burden in this case, I would like to believe the owner's have great affection for and keep this horse happy in it's off work time.

I think the same as Kelly, it looks quite well looked after, but sometimes you also have to think about the owners of animals like that horse who often have animals looking in worse condition but actually do want the best for them but have a lack of knowledge on how to care for them and/or lack of money so it is not always deliberate, I think often owners are made to look bad and not to care but allot do they just don't know and need to make a living, though yes I agree it's sad for the animals.
